What is Kablinga?

Kablinga is a fun, educational website for kids that helps them to learn about the value of earning while earning the things that they would like to have.  At Kablinga, kids get to establish goals for things they would like to have, figure out ways to earn money toward those items and then keep track of their progress.  Kids also get to explore the virtual Kablinga town in which they can share jokes with friends, keep track of their ‘earning’ through a virtual bank with savings and spending accounts and communicate with parent-approved contacts through Kablinga’s kid-safe email system.

 

Who is Kablinga for?

Kablinga is for kids and their parents.  Most kids who use the site are between the ages of 6 and 13.

 

How much does Kablinga cost?

Kablinga has a FREE version in which children and parents can use the website without ever entering a credit card. Parents have the option to upgrade to the paid version, which allows the child to earn unlimited points and use those points to buy gift cards and other prized from the Kablinga store! The cost of your subscription helps pay for these items. The monthly plan rate is $5.99 per month for a single child or $8.99 per month for all of your children (family plan).  If the yearly plan is selected, you will be billed a single installment for 12 months at $59.00 for a single child, or $89.00 for the family plan.

 

Is Kablinga safe and secure for my child?

Is Kablinga educational?

Kablinga is a great way for kids to learn about the value of learning and hands-on experimentation with setting goals and finding ways to earn those goals.  Kablinga also teaches kids in a kid-safe environment about how to communicate with friend and with their parents.

 

Why do my child and I both get separate user names and passwords?

Parents get their own log-on so that they can access portions of the site that are only available to parents. For instance, parents can access user administration tools to approve requests for withdrawals, goals, projects to earn money an, of course, to authorize who their children can communicate with on the site and through their Kablinga Kid-Safe email account.

 

Through the parent login, the parent can also select the option to view the site as if they were using their child’s login so that parents can see everything that their child sees when they are using the Kablinga site.

 

Can I see what my child sees on Kablinga?
